To the benefit of our valued FantasyGlide customers, and future customers, we try to update our FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) page as often as possible. If you have any questions that are not answered below, we hope that you will email them to us at sales@fantasyglide.com and we'll add them at the next scheduled site update.

Q: How long will it take to receive my FantasyGlide order?
A: All orders ship within 72-hours of receipt.   Depending upon where you are located in the 50 United States, your order could take four to ten days to arrive contingent on the shipping service utilized and your proximity to our factory office.

Q: Will my FantasyGlide order be shipped discreetly?
A: Absolutely.   Your FantasyGlide, and any and all accessories and complementing products will be shipped in plain boxes with a return address of FLT, INC.   Our boxes are completely discreet with no hint, whatsoever, of what's inside.

Q: What is the shipping costs involved when I purchase it online?
A: If you are a resident of any of the 50 United States, the shipping cost is included in the $139.95 purchase price of FantasyGlide item.   Additionally complementing and/or accessories items purchased through FantasyGlide.com are packaged in the same box as your FantasyGlide with no additional cost.   Items purchased outside of the FantasyGlide.com store from our affiliate company, FantasyLineToys.com, are subject to shipping charges per the terms and conditions of Fantasy Line Toys.

Q: Am I charged sales tax?
A: We collect sales tax for the State of Nevada.   Sales tax is added to orders from Nevada residents.

Q: What is your domestic shipping method?
A: United States Parcel Service Priority Mail, UPS Ground, FEDEX Ground, or FEDEX Home depending upon the size and weight of your order.   If you're ordering only a FantasyGlide, your order will ship via USPS Priority Mail, FEDEX Ground or FEDEX Home, therefore your order will arrive relatively quickly, arriving 5 to 6 business days after the order was placed.   If your order consists of multiple boxes, your FantasyGlide will most likely ship via USPS Priortiy Mail or FEDEX Home and other items via USPS Priority or UPS Ground, FEDEX GROUND, or FEDEX Home and sometimes be shipped in two separate orders, taking 5 to 10 business days to arrive.

Q: Do you offer next day shipping?
A: We can offer rush shipping services, such as FEDEX Overnight or Two Day Service, but we cannot ship orders to arrive the day after you place you order, as our order processing and handling procedures require up to three business days before the order actually leaves the warehouse.   Therefore, the soonest your order could possibly arrive is four business days after you place your order.   For rush orders, please feel free to contact FantasyGlide.com at 702-804-5565 with any and all questions .

Q: Do you ship Internationally?
A: Yes, of course. We can ship to almost any address in the world.

Q: If you offer free shipping to addresses within the 50-states of America, does it cost extra to ship a FantasyGlide internationally?
A: Yes, we have to charge extra to ship orders internationally.   In order to save our customers money, we charge a flat rate of $9.95 additional shipping to ship orders to Canada via US Parcel Post and $19.95 to ship orders to any other address in the world.

Q: What international shipping methods do you use?
A: For Canada, we use USPS Parcel Post, which usually takes ten to 14 days for delivery.   For the rest of the world, we ship via USPS Parcel Post Surface Service, which can take three to six weeks for delivery.

Q: Do you offer tracking information for international orders?
A: We are shipping international orders via the least expensive, albeit the fastest and safest method, which is the USPS Parcel Post.   The USPS does not provide tracking information on international parcel post shipments.   In order to provide tracking info for international shipments, you would have to upgrade to either USPS Global Priority or Global Express, which increases the shipping expense as much as $40.00 to $60.00.

Q: Do I still have to pay duty and taxes on my international FantasyGlide order?
A: Duty and taxes are charged to you by the Customs Service of your nation and in most, if not all, cases the package is not released to you by your country's postal service until you pay duty and taxes.   Every nation is different, and we are unable to advise what the exact duty or tax fee would be for your specific country, therefore, please contact your local post office for this information.

Q: Do you ship to Military Addresses?
A: Yes.   There is no Overnight Shipping available to APO/FPO addresses.   Otherwise, these addresses are treated as US domestic addresses.

Q: Will I receive tracking info for my FantasyGlide shipment?
A: As soon as your order is processed with the shipper, you will receive an email with the tracking number and info.

Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Simply log into your account at www.fantasyglide.com  Your customer records are automatically updated to show the progress of your order, including order received date, order ship date, shipping method, tracking number, estimated date of delivery, and delivery confirmation.

Q: How will my credit card charge appear on my statement?
A: Your credit card charge will appear as "FLT Wholesale."

Q: Is the FantasyGlide really covered by a LIFETIME NO QUESTIONS ASKED WARRANTY?
A: Yes, the FantasyGlide is really covered by a LIFETIME NO QUESTIONS ASKED WARRANTY.   Should the FantasyGlide ever become defective under normal use it will be replaced, in part or in whole, after it is returned to FantasyGlide.com for evaluation.

•  Email customer service, stating the problem, for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.
•  Return the FantasyGlide to us (in its original carton if you still have it), making sure the RMA number is prominently displayed on the label or exterior of the box. You are responsible for covering the return shipping charge.
•  Upon receipt, your FantasyGlide will be examined and a complete new unit or part will be replaced.

Q: Is the FantasyGlide, or any of its parts, breakable?
A: If it's made by man, it can be broken.   But, under normal use, it will be an item that will surely outlive all of us.   The FantasyGlide's shaft is made of anodized aluminum and is very robust.   The internal spring is a metal aircraft-grade spring made from a metal alloy that will never create heat, and is tested to over 1 million compressions.   The cradle and passion grip are made from ST-801 Super Tough nylon that will never break, crack, chip, etc.   If under normal use you somehow manage to break either the cradle or passion grip, return it, (we'd like to know how you did it), and we'll replace it free of charge. The only items that can break are the screws that hold the cradle and passion grip onto the shaft.   In fact, these items are designed to break, as a safety feature, if too much exertion is applied to the device so you don't injure your, or your partners, vagina, anus or taint.   In the event of blatant abuse, for instance if the shaft is bent in half, the item will be returned to you as is and will not be replaced.

Q: What if I break a bolt or lose a small piece of hardware?   How do I get replacement parts?
A: If you break a screw, please return the defective part to us and we'll replace it (limit two screws per return).    If you lose a small piece, such as a screw, nut, or shaft spacer, you can inexpensively order individual replacement parts or a complete hardware kit at FantasyGlide.com. Q: What materials are used in the manufacturing of the FantasyGlide? Are they all completely safe?
A: The FantasyGlide is manufactured to specifications of the finest medical grade tools.   There is nothing used in the manufacturing of the FantasyGlide that can cause an allergic reaction or adverse physical effects of any kind.   The dong is manufactured by a medical company with health conscious materials consisiting mostly of silicone, but since every individual is different and will react differently to the materials sex toys are produced from, we recommend using a condom over the dong, which also speeds clean-up.   Please keep in mind that the FantasyGlide can accommodate any Vac-U-Lock dong or dildo, so if you're not partial to the included dong, you can also find another Vac-U-Lock dong or dildo - there are many to choose from - that you like in our sister sex toy store, www.fantasylinetoys.com

A: Following the instructions, even the most inept technophobe can assemble the FantasyGlide in less than five minutes.

Q: Once assembled, is the FantasyGlide easy to adjust?
A: Yes, simply loosen the screws and slide the cradle or passion grip higher or lower on the pole to accommodate your body height.

Q: Does the FantasyGlide make any noise when in use?
A: The FantasyGlide is a precision instrument that is designed to be incredibly quiet.    We hope that when you use it, you're the one that's going to be making all the noise.

Q: Will the FantasyGlide scuff the floor, the headboard or any other hard surface I place it against?
A: The rubber stop at the base of the shaft is made from scuff-free rubber, so it will not damage a hard wood or stone floor.   We cannot say that it won't mar a fine paint finish on furniture, a headboard or a wall, so it's best you be safe, and take some precautions before use.   When it doubt, place a towel, pillow or other material between the base of the FantasyGlide and the potentially delicate hard surface.

Q: How do I clean my FantasyGlide and what kind of care and maintenance does it need in order to optimally perform?
A: All of the removable parts are (we love the following term in the sex toy industry), dishwasher safe.   To clean the pole, wipe it down with a warm soapy rag.   Do not immerse the pole under water or attempt to use the FantasyGlide in the tub, shower, Jacuzzi, hot tub or pool.   All of the other parts can be cleaned with warm soapy water.

Q: Do I really have to use a condom over the dong every time I use it?
A: Here's some food for thought: For the sake of cleanliness and your health, if you're using the same dong between multiple people, especially during the same interlude, put a condom on it before you stick it into someone else.   If you find that you have an adverse reaction to the material from which the dong is made, we recommend you use a condom over it or replace it with a dong made from a material from which you do not have a reaction.   In all cases, by using a condom over your dong, dildo, or vibrator, it will reduce clean up time.

Q: Why is my FantasyGlide pipe and spring mechanism not moving up and down correctly or not at all?
A: Your FantasyGlide will not spring up and down if you have over-tightened the hardware that secure the cradle and passion grip to the pole.   Loosen the bolts and you'll find that the spring action will resume.   The bolts only need to be slightly hand-tightened in order for the cradle and passion grip to stay securely in place on the shaft. Place your spacer in between the hardware and that should take care of over tightening.

Q: The passion grip keeps hitting my breasts and it is in my way.
A: Remove it or turn it around so that it is facing away from you body. The passion grip is designed so you can have better control of the FantasyGlide when in use either solo or with a partner. The entire device is completely modular, so don't be afraid to customize it so it works best for you and your partner.

Q: Where and how do I hide this thing?
A: This is our favorite question.   If you're a woman, put a clothes hanger through the passion grip of the fully assembled FantasyGlide, hang a long dress over the FantasyGlide, thereby concealing it, and hang it in an out-of-the-way area of your closet.   Additionally, since it only takes a few minutes to assemble, disassemble the unit.   The pole, cradle with the dong removed and the passion grip are all completely indiscernible as a sex toys once your FantasyGlide is reduced to its three basic structural parts, which all can be easily hidden in out of the way places.   The dong is small enough that we think you can find an out of the way place to hide it. Additionally, take the passion grip of the device and slide it between your beds box spring and mattress. If you don't suffer from the 'Princess and the Pea' syndrome, the FantasyGlide is narrow enough that it shouldn't make any noticable bulge to a 15 or 18-inch thick mattress.

Q: Can I put a different dong, dildo or vibrator on it?
A: Yes, your FantasyGlide is adaptable to any Vac-U-Lock dong or dildo.   The FantasyGlides vibrator mounting cup is sold separately. It will hold a varitey of 1.5-inch diameter vibrators.

Q: Can two people use it at once?

Q: Can more then two people use it at once?
A: Yes, three cradles can be attached to the pole, and even a Vac-U-Lock dong can be put over the top handle, so if you and your friends are really creative, and with a fair amount of dexterity, four people can be simultaneously fucked by a single FantasyGlide.   You're only limited to your imagination...and your friends imaginations.
