Q: How do I get Free Shipping?
A: Place any order over $139.95, i.e. FantasyGlide, and we ship Free to any address in the United States, $9.95 for orders shipped to Canada and $19.95 to ship orders to any other address in the world.
Q: How long will it take to receive my FantasyGlide order?
A: All orders ship within 72-hours of receipt. Depending upon where you are located in the 50 United States, your order could take four to ten days to arrive contingent on the shipping service utilized and your proximity to our factory office.
Q: Will my FantasyGlide order be shipped discreetly?
A: Absolutely. Your FantasyGlide, and any and all accessories and complementing products will be shipped in plain boxes with a return address of FLT, INC.. Our boxes are completely discreet with no hint, whatsoever, of what's inside.
Q: What is the shipping costs involved when I purchase it online?
A: If you are a resident of any of the 50 United States, the shipping cost is included in the $139.95 purchase price of FantasyGlide item. Additionally complementing and/or accessories items purchased through FantasyGlide.com are packaged in the same box as your FantasyGlide with no additional cost. Items purchased outside of the FantasyGlide.com store from our affiliate company, FantasyLineToys.com, are subject to shipping charges per the terms and conditions of Fantasy Line Toys.
Q: Am I charged sales tax?
A: We collect sales tax for the State of Nevada. Sales tax is added to orders from Nevada residents.
Q: What is your domestic shipping method?
A: United States Parcel Service Priority Mail, UPS Ground or FEDEX Ground, depending upon the size and weight of your order. If you're ordering only a FantasyGlide, 95% of the time your order will ship via USPS Priority Mail, therefore your order will arrive relatively quickly, arriving 5 to 6 business days after the order was placed. If your order consists of multiple boxes, it will most likely ship via GROUND USPS or FEDEX GROUND, taking 5 to 10 business days to arrive.
Q: Do you offer next day shipping?
A: We can offer rush shipping services, such as FEDEX Overnight or Two Day Service, but we cannot ship orders to arrive the day after you place you order, as our order processing and handling procedures require up to three business days before the order actually leaves the warehouse. Therefore, the soonest your order could possibly arrive is four business days after you place your order. Q: Do you ship Internationally?
A: Yes, of course. We can ship to almost any address in the world.
Q: If you offer free shipping to addresses within the 50-states of America, does it cost extra to ship a FantasyGlide internationally?
A: Yes, we have to charge extra to ship orders internationally. In order to save our customers money, we charge a flat rate of $9.95 additional shipping to ship orders to Canada via US Parcel Post and $19.95 to ship orders to any other address in the world.
Q: What international shipping methods do you use?
A: For Canada, we use USPS Parcel Post, which usually takes ten to 14 days for delivery. For the rest of the world, we ship via USPS Parcel Post Surface Service, which can take three to six weeks for delivery.
Q: Do you offer tracking information for international orders?
A: We are shipping international orders via the least expensive, albeit the fastest and safest method, which is the USPS Parcel Post. The USPS does not provide tracking information on international parcel post shipments. In order to provide tracking info for international shipments, you would have to upgrade to either USPS Global Priority or Global Express, which increases the shipping expense as much as $40.00 to $60.00.
Q: Do I still have to pay duty and taxes on my international FantasyGlide order?
A: Duty and taxes are charged to you by the Customs Service of your nation and in most, if not all, cases the package is not released to you by your country's postal service until you pay duty and taxes. Every nation is different, and we are unable to advise what the exact duty or tax fee would be for your specific country, therefore, please contact your local post office for this information.
Q: Do you ship to Military Addresses?
A: Yes. There is no Overnight Shipping available to APO/FPO addresses. Otherwise, these addresses are treated as US domestic addresses.
Q: Will I receive tracking info for my FantasyGlide shipment?
A: As soon as your order is processed with the shipper, you will receive an email with the tracking number and info.
Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Simply log into your account at www.fantasyglide.com Your customer records are automatically updated to show the progress of your order, including order received date, order ship date, shipping method, tracking number, estimated date of delivery, and delivery confirmation.
Q: How will my credit card charge appear on my statement?
A: Your credit card charge will appear as "FLT Wholesale."

If your order is placed after 3pm EST the day before the holiday OR on one of the holiday dates above, it will be processed according to our normal shipping policies on the next regular business day.
Additional Information - The posted shipping time-frame is contingent upon credit card approval and may be delayed should we experience difficulties getting authorization. There may be occasional delays beyond the posted order processing time. If your order is delayed beyond the posted shipping timeframe, we will send you an e-mail notifying you of this delay. If you wish to cancel during this time, you may do so by contacting our Customer Service Department. If you do not request a cancellation, the product will be shipped as soon as it is available. Whenever possible, we will attempt to ship multiple items together to reduce shipping charges. Please see the item page to determine if this is possible for your order. All shipping prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. C.O.D. orders are NOT accepted.
